The Donald tweeted a new poll showing him losing to Hillary, alongside a baffling thank-you to supporters.

"THANK YOU! #AmericaFirst," Donald Trump tweeted Friday afternoon, alongside a graphic showing data from a poll marked with Thursday’s date. The presumptive Republican presidential nominee has made it a campaign habit to tweet positive poll numbers about himself while thanking his supporters.

One problem, however, with this latest Trump campaign-generated image: The data from this particular poll doesn’t show Trump winning.

The One America News Network/Gravis Marketing poll shows the likely GOP nominee losing to Hillary Clinton 51 percent to 49 percent.

And even with the poll’s ideological and demographic divide tilted in his favor, Trump still loses to Clinton—albeit, within the margin of error. Nearly three-quarters of the poll’s participants were white, and the same supermajority described themselves as conservative or moderate.
