(15,629 posts)He was playing at the edge of the water. If Disney didn't want kids to be playing at the edge of the water, then the signs should have said that.

(37,481 posts)Management, definitely at the resort level next to the lakes, knew of the risk. Whether anyone above the resort level knew is an open question. Heads will probably roll after this, I would think.

We didn't think much about terrorism on our shores until 9/11.

(34,661 posts)Disney will with out a doubt try the money game. All depends on the Family's Attorney. Haven't been to that Hotel since 91',do remember some type of disclaimer dealing with the lakes and ponds,going to be interesting.
