as some of you may remember, my husband wound up in the hospital with complications from pneumonia last month. we were living on my mediocre pay for nearly eight weeks when things at home took a terrific turn for the worse and i had to tell him to leave.
i will get a roommate, but will be unable to do so until he is fully moved out and i don't think that i'll have someone in the second room by the time july rent is due. he was out of work long enough that i'm trying to dig out of back bills and cannot count on him to help me out now that we are not longer together and he doesn't even make enough to support himself (his medical bills are his own).
i do not have the money to move right now and, even if i did, it is an extreme challenge as i have the two cats and i would rather lose a limb than them. i am picking up extra money cleaning my office but things are so slow at work that overtime is not possible at this point and i don't know how much more help i can get from my dad.
i am in a position i never thought i'd find myself in and i am devastated in every way imaginable. any help at all would be appreciated.

(51,308 posts)I guess I missed something in the other thread.
It just seems a bit harsh after all you wrote before in the previous thread.
Like I said, I might have missed something.

Happy to kick the thread just to thank you for pointing out the absurdity of that poster's comment.

(65,336 posts)the request in the OP and then use the link to go to the GFM page to donate.
That is what I tried to do, but the link didn't work, and I didn't have time to both leave a note to the OP and also read through the whole thread.
Since someone has given her the correct link, she really should fix the one in the OP instead of losing donations because people who don't read the whole thread can't get to the page to donate.

(19,564 posts)Take a look at it again when you get the chance. It's got "dashboard" in this time which isn't correct.
Until then the other two links in the thread seem to be working.
Best to you!
