A loudmouthed Florida prosecutor who once wished a happy Mother's Day to the state's "crack hoes" was again suspended after he crassly criticized the grief-stricken city of Orlando, calling its residents "3rd world miscreants and ghetto thugs" just hours after the deadly nightclub massacre.

Assistant State Attorney Kenneth Lewis violated his office's social media policy when he posted his vile Facebook rant, State Attorney's Office Ninth Judicial Circuit spokeswoman Angela Starke told WESH.

The sick post appeared on Lewis' account at 9:40 a.m. Sunday, less than eight hours after a terrorist stormed the city's Pulse nightclub and slaughtered 49 people inside.

"Downtown Orlando has no bottom. The entire city should be leveled. It is void of a single redeeming quality," wrote Lewis, who works in Ninth Judicial Circuit, which covers Orlando.

Lewis has been suspended in the wake of the online smear. Those who violate the office's social media policy can potentially be fired, WESH reported.

This isn't the first time the prosecutor shocked and offended with a social media rants. Lewis was temporarily reassigned in 2014 as investigators looked into a May post encouraging women to undergo sterilization.

"Happy Mothers day (sic) to all the crack hoes out there," he posted. "It's never too late to tie your tubes, clean up your life and make a difference to someone out there that deserves a better mother."
