11. I voted for "It's a hit."

Only because hitting a baseball thrown by a major league pitcher is considered to be the most difficult thing to do in sports.

Just for kicks, here, think about this...

Given a 90 mph fast ball, about average for an MLB pitcher...it takes approx 1/2 second for the ball to reach the plate once the pitcher has released it.

The batter has 1/4 of a second to SEE the ball leave the pitcher's hand and pick up the spin - He needs to see the seams spinning so he knows if it is a 4 seam fastball, 2 seam fastball, curve, slider, etc.
He has 1/8 of a second to decide whether or not to swing, and 1/8 of a second to swing.
!!!!!!!

And that doesn't even count putting the ball in play OR getting a hit.
