on their part, that would be shameful.

They, like the rest of the media want to arrogantly say how great they are journalists, get all up in arms at the first, remote suggestion or possibility that they aren't completely impartial.

While they spend hours a day bemoaning the demise of the republican party.

The rare times I turn on that show it's to peer in and be glad all over again that I am a liberal and a Democrat.

And they so deserve every scrap of unhappiness, and far more. Moderate conservatives have enabled every single thing the hard-right ideologues and economic plunderers have done for 40 years. I blame them above all because it couldn't have happened without them.

Actually it doesn't matter who the nominees are they have to have the conflict/drama. Not only the networks but their affiliates, especially in swing states, are counting on ad money. BIG ad money - something like 2/3 of their revenue.
