. . . one wouldn't expect to see Catholics, Jews, Lutherans, Mormons, etc., to be on the list.

The thing is though, those who are included here are, I think without exception, heretics and false teachers themselves, and in no way representative of orthodox, Bible-believing "evangelical" Christians. A man like Kenneth Copeland is an out-and-out "Word Faith" charlatan. Several of the names on this list have been (and may still be) under investigation for fraud and other financial improprieties.
