He road raged at a 68 year old woman, shot at her on the freeway. The cops busted him with 8 or more guns in his vehicle and took them. So he will be needing more guns soon as he gets out. Crazy fucker.

No background check or anything. Might even be able to get it from an occasional seller at a gun show, definitely in the parking lot.
