Also, almost all the cost are indirect cost? So if one gang member shoots another one and both die, they assume 12 million in indirrect cost? I'm not sure I buy that.


Should they pay?

Should fat people pay as well?

Should smokers pay (more)?

Where do we draw the line.

Would you support gun owners paying for their cost, and alcohol drinkers pay for their cost.

There would be a tax of about 2.00 a beer.

Alcohol kills 80,000 people a year. If we want to save the most lives, shouldn't we start with what kills the most?

It's reassuring to know that drunk drivers only kill themselves when they crash. Now I won't have to worry about driving on New Year's Eve.
