I can understand structuring it a bit more than it was. What I don't like, or agree with, is the final question where the juror is asked to discern the motive of the alerter and is given 3 choices. I can't assign motivation to someone I don't know. I'd like to see us return to being able to give the alerter feedback, in my own words............
