I speak from experience; those cans aren't rinsed out, and they reek. Add in the stench of sulfur from Cocksplat and I'm sure bystanders were retching.

Former steel mill powerhouse which employed a lot of my uncles and relatives. Hard times hit in the late 60's and it's been downhill since then. A lot of drugs and blight now infects that town and others in the valley.
