Or really, giving Donald Trump's answer, which ironically might work for Turkey, since if they deported all Muslims, there'd be nobody left. (I didn't say it was a good answer.)

I suspect like a lot of people I'm trying hard not to think about that because it would hurt. So I sigh, make a Trump joke, move on, and vaguely resent that this world is such a shitty place.
