I am listening to Rep Dan Lungren (CA-R) on Hardball.

I have no doubt but their intent is to start an investigation and attempt to impeach the President if he wins a second term and the Repubs take back the Senate. Just like they did with Clinton.

I am guessing it is about the leaks. Didn't "W" and the big Dick leak tons of info? Wouldn't it take a direct order or permission from Obama for it to be legally blamed on him. Since apparently based on the Bush administration you can make something secret should the president have the ability to tell whatever he feels appropriate?
