They have not the slightest fucking clue who did this, and the people who did are long gone.

This "person of interest" is very clearly not involved, looking as befuddled as everyone else and a good distance from the shooting.

They put his picture up because he was pictured with a rifle, period.

My thoughts:

These shooters were well-trained, with experience in urban combat. They hit ten targets at range quickly, then evaded in combat conditions. They are organized and disciplined. Or they are extremely lucky. I doubt it. Meanwhile, the DPD is running around showing pictures of people walking down the street. It's a big shit sandwich.
