(7,813 posts)It's ridiculous. The A/C runs all day and the best it can cool the house down is seven degrees ABOVE what we are trying to cool it to. I think it's supposed to be super hot again tomorrow and Saturday, but after that, I think they are saying it might dip down to the low 90s...lol. Maybe the A/C will have a fighting chance against low 90s/high 80s.

We keep the ac pretty high, usually 80.

(32,061 posts)I'm a ways west of you, and it was blowing like crazy all day. Still hot right now, but a few degrees cooler than where you are.

And will get that hot again, after the weekend.
