Final 3 paragraphs:

"...

Here was Khan pointing out that members of every ethnicity and race are buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

Here was Khan saying, "You have sacrificed nothing! And no one. We cannot solve our problems by building walls. Sowing division. We are stronger together.”

Here was this immigrant from Pakistan who moved to America, became a citizen, taught his son the values of service to his new country, telling a man who is one election away from the presidency what it means to be an American."

every time I've seen that clip replayed, since, it's made me not cry but just flat-out sob. I've seen it multiple times by now, because everybody on TV is replaying it and talking about it. And that will continue for the rest of the election season, I suspect - and probably well beyond it. Certainly in all the end-of-the-year shows. Wait til the run-up to the 2020 elections. They'll bring it back AGAIN. That clip will be replayed - forever. And it won't matter if I've seen it a thousand times. It will still make me cry.
