Is anyone else having to deal with healthcare.gov?

Seems like I can't get anything but apologies from the Insurance Marketplace. I can't even log onto the website, and any assistance they provide doesn't work. When I asked for help with an agent (located near me that I could go talk to) they inform me that there aren't any in my state. This has become such a nightmare.

The woman assisting me couldn't help me get into my account. She sent me 2 new passwords, both of which did not work. When I got to the security questions earlier I wasn't giving correct answers. This kept going on and on. I just wondered if anyone else was having problems. I have had nothing but trouble from the beginning. And, I'm being fined for not having what they want. I was so for the ACA but I'm taking a bit hit financally on this.

That is more information than she was able to give me. Because Cover Oregon's website didn't work from the beginning we had to use the federal site. There has been a great disconnect between the two ever since.
