I will say I am surprised I haven't seen anyone blaming gays for this in any way. The GLBT face hate throughout the world and many don't understand the levels of depravity enacted against us. While the GLBT still face hate, heterosexism, and legalized homo/transphobia in the US, the plight of the GLBT throughout the world is still very troubling, if not downright scary.
