He even stared at Phelps half way to the finishline. The camera caught it and replayed the quick glance he gave Phelps in mid armstroke no less..
The guy is obsessed.

Le clos knew he was on camera.
I'm certain the competition at that level is at max peak but the entire thing was beyond the norm. Even in that environment.
The fact that it just went on & on & nauseatingly obvious.

Phelps could have broken Chad's scrawny neck in one swipe were he not the coolest guy he is.

What a little jerk.
