If he wasn't busy trying to legislate people having to stick to his morals which he falls short of, it would be different. And doing it on his work computer is just dumb. I'd be fired in a heartbeat for that.

If a state computer is compromised worse things might happen.
Employees in the real world are frequently fired when they're caught fucking around on their employer's computers.
