Waiter fires shots into ceiling inside Little Red Barn Steakhouse

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by NH Ethylene (a host of the General Discussion forum).

Server and two customers got into a row at the Little Red Barn Steakhouse in San Antonio
Witnesses say the patrons were angry he had messed up their food
The customers started 'beating' the waiter before he managed to get away
A short time later, he came back with a gun and opened fire
Chaos descended on the venue, known for having waiters carry fake guns
They now all face criminal charges for their part in the altercation

The waiter could lose his job, as the venue has a no-gun policy.
(Well, at least he’s not in trouble for firing the gun - but it is Texas)

"We don't call 9-1-1" over a silhouette of a revolver? Why call the cops when folks can handle a dispute with the responsible use of firearms?

Not saying that it was appropriate action but it is significantly different than opening fire on the customers.

That's a silver lining, I guess.

The gunshots might have acted as a natural "colon cleanse" to remove the compacted matter in their intestines too.
