?1472252131Dr. Harold Bornstein, Trumps doctor of 35 years, admitted to NBC News he wrote the letter of Trumps health in 5 minutes waiting for a limo. For NBC news, this quickly written letter is the story. But looking at the photo they reportedly took, I have several major questions.
Doctor Bornstein seems to have come out of another era. If you notice, his PC? Its running Windows XP. Phone system? Its an analog rollover, the old Nortel series.
Why do these things stand out to me?
I work in IT services. Doctors are my business. I deal with dental practices and small practices every day, and it has been years since Ive seen either of these things in a medical practice, for several reasons.

(82,849 posts)I wonder if there's a year or expiration date on his ID card that might provide another clue to how recent this photo is.

(17,184 posts)Resolution is too low to read anything BUT - the bold writing, about one third way down the certificate on the left of the hand-drawn portrait looks like a name with the first word being a lot longer than the second, ie not Harold Bornstein

The lyrics to the songbird's melodious trill go something like this:
"Stay out of my territory or I'll PECK YOUR GODDAMNED EYES OUT!"
(44,577 posts)with the help of the Parallels emulator. Thankfully it works as well as XP. But in all fairness, it's Micosoft's fault that when they said "If you like XP, you'll LOVE Vista!" they were so wrong, they destroyed the trust of millions.
Here's an article that suggests that Bornstein's laxity might even be illegal:
Information stored on a computer running Windows XP is potentially at risk and the security community pretty universally regards Windows XP as unsafe at this point...

(37,453 posts)one of my Dr friends used to have hours a couple times a week he was in his 80's. I think it was more to stem off loneliness. He had a couple of other young Dr'.s working and would see patients that were friends. They would supervise his treatment. Last yr sometime he fell and broke his hip, the practice moved to a newer building, he doesn't come in anymore now. His office was the same way, wall decorated with plaques, it was just as if it was a decoration.
