Man shot and killed for not holding the door open for woman at a McDonald's

LAS VEGAS (KSNV News3LV) — An argument outside a North Las Vegas McDonald’s turned deadly for a 31-year-old man.

Family members of Mohammad Robinson say he died Saturday night after he mistakenly did not hold the door open for a woman.

---

The friend told Sampson, her father got into an argument with a woman that was upset that a door into the McDonald’s was not held open for her. The woman notified a man she was with and that man pulled out a gun and shot Robinson.

The victim’s girlfriend who did not want to show her face says Mohammed was a respectful man.

http://news3lv.com/news/local/man-shot-and-killed-for-not-holding-the-door-open-for-woman

Hold the door open for a woman and it means you are a sexist pig who hates all women. Don't hold it open and you get shot.

My advice: Just stay home.

They would not be with me if they did not. I am very up front about that and other rules I have. In my lifestyle my rules are it or the door is that way. I know it sounds harsh but people know what to expect and it is a very select few who are let in.

And I too said it was awful and I cannot see anyone shooting anyone over that. The worst someone would get in my world is a spanking or perhaps a flogging.

My pain point is I do not see anyone as a sexist pig for opening doors for me. Is this something you think differently about? Do you think those people are sexist pigs? Otherwise you missed my whole point.

I did not think it would raise such ire and I really do not usually share my sex life here. I feel people quoting the 'in my world' part took it all the wrong way and I should have explained that my world includes me being a dominatrix and being served by submissives. They are almost always with me and are there to do what I need to be done - such as open the door.

I would never expect this from a regular person and nor would I get angry or shoot someone if it did not happen. I have rules in my world just like vanillas do in their world. Vanillas decide to be monogamous or that we do not put elbows on the table during meals or no cell phones out during the movie. I have my own set of rules too. Everyone does, I just state them all up front before considering going out with someone.

being a dominatrix has nothing to do with sex at all. Not for me, anyway. I never thought anyone was interested in my lifestyle. I commented on the OP saying men who open doors are pigs. I stated I insist on it but not doing so is never cause in any situation to shoot someone. People got hostile about me saying I insist on my guys opening doors and so I decided to explain. Again, my lifestyle is indeed a lifestyle and not about sex. That being said, my world is relevant because the OP talked about men opening doors being considered pigs. I insist on men opening doors (the ones that are with me) as other women do that are not even in the lifestyle. I wanted to get across that as much as it is appreciated, no one deserves to die and some women do like it.

The only time I ever wished for men to show me an extra courtesy was when I was about 9 months pregnant and standing on a swaying bus. Two seated and very healthy looking young men continued chatting with each other. I said nothing. I was too busy trying to not fall over.

The person who rose and gave me her seat was an elderly and tiny grandma. I fell into it as the bus gave another lurch. I was so grateful.

My husband opens doors for me and others all the time. Except car doors. Somehow those don't register, lol.

Shooting people over nothing is an unfortunate American pathology.

than not holding a door open. There is no law that says you have to hold a door open for someone, but I do recall killing someone being illegal in this country. In the battle of who is the rudest, I'd say the shooter always wins. I bet this was racially motivated... if the shooter was a white guy. I don't think it said in the article. It has a KKK feel to it.... southern white man killing a black man for a simple slight against a white woman.

Aug 2016

"There is no accurate measure for tracking national gun sales, but the Professional Gun Retailers Association estimates that in the two months following the attacks, guns and ammunition sales rose 10 percent over the same period a year ago...And applications for concealed-weapons permits have risen dramatically in states where statistics are available, including Colorado, Texas, Washington and South Dakota."
...
"A few local sheriffs have gotten into the game, encouraging gun ownership among citizens. In Larimer County, Colo., Sheriff Jim Alderden waived the normal $100 application fee for a concealed-weapons permit application after Sept. 11. More than 1,500 people in the county have applied for the permit since the fee was revoked, nearly double the number that applied over the last two years. "An armed society is a polite society," says Alderden."

Of course those numbers pale in comparison to the last few years.

and to this day I have no idea what I did to trigger it. I was at a stop sign, and someone on the intersecting street (which did not have a stop) was waiting to turn left. After a few seconds, he is clear to turn and does so. I am then able to proceed. I see him stopped on the side, but thought nothing about it, since street parking is legal. When I pass him, he starts following me. After a while I pull over, he pulls next to me and stops. I ask him if there is a problem. He said "doing things like that can get you shot". I asked what I did (too shocked to be scared at that point) and he accused me of flipping him off. Wow, you shoot people for things like that. I swear, this guy was serious as shit. The only thing I can think I could have possibly done is knock my cigarette ash out my window (no, I don't toss the butts, just the ash).

have their problems, yet I feel sure that work being done intra-race, to continually educate people on the "precedent" I mentioned above and how it has created a lot of self hate reinforced over generations of purposeful "precedent" setting, will one day bear fruit and people will learn who their true enemies are. Now back to my precentages and certain probability that I am right about my 'feelings' on motives for this murder.

... and I just had some unfortunate experiences while passing through on I-70.

If anyone just stayed on I-70 or I-75 through Ohio, they'd probably think it was the ugliest place in the USA.

Ohio has some beautiful areas, but it's hard to tell from the interstates because of all the businesses jammed up against them. Well, not so much along the eastern part of I-70, I guess.

I used to visit my brother in Colorado frequently, and St. Louis was a problem because the signs were misleading. I'd get in the far left lane to stay on I-70, but later a sign would indicate that the far right lane was the correct one. That sort of thing. KC seemed to have cars that often came close to hitting mine, as I already shared. Salina, KS was the place to watch out for highway troopers. If you even barely went over the speed limit there, you'd get a ticket. I avoided that trouble after warnings from my brother. There were indeed lots of vehicles pulled over in that area each time that I passed through.

I should have at least stopped at KC for some barbecue... or something! I never explored that city, unfortunately.

145. Las Vegas cops recapture man who escaped after killing father of four outside McDonald's
Wed Sep 7, 2016, 04:41 PM
Sep 2016

The 25-year-old Las Vegas man who escaped custody after fatally shooting a father of four outside a fast food restaurant was recaptured Tuesday evening, police said.

Alonso Perez allegedly shot and killed Mohammed Robinson on Aug. 27 after the 31-year-old father failed to hold the door for an unidentified woman at a North Las Vegas McDonald’s.

Cops nabbed Perez on Friday but the slippery crook managed to get out of a pair of handcuffs while left unattended in an interrogation room.

“He twisted them until they broke,” North Las Vegas police officer Aaron Patty said.

Suspect in McDonald's slaying escapes from custody
After bolting from the station, Perez stole a Ford F-250 work truck from a nearby parking lot and remained on the lam until 8 p.m. Tuesday when cops finally found him again.
