They believe that government exists to protect their wealth from outside threats (via the military) and inside threats (via the police), and that's all. They don't need help in other ways. They've been successful propagandists over the years, not expressing their ideals directly.

People destroying property are bad to them because it could happen to them someday.

People not showing blind allegiance to this country are bad because it could "spread" and then we might not have enough people willing to die over their military conflicts.
