I don't know how reliable DNBin is but this is all I could find.

Snip

"In any case it’s still not clear what Kurt Eichenwald’s upcoming Newsweek cover story is actually about, though we’ll find out when it’s released tomorrow. As for his apparent claim that Trump was institutionalized, which again he has provided no evidence of, this story is still developing."

19. I actually hope it IS more about his shifty business dealings

The nervous breakdown thing was 26 yrs ago & he could spin his way out of it easily enough as to not lose a lot of votes.

I want something bigger and proof of his illegal bribes or international Russian mob connections. Money laundering etc
The fact that NY 's Schneiderman is moving forward on bribery investigations is the direction I am hoping this Newsweek Story leads.

Maybe its the Rape ordeal?

Who knows with Trump. He has a lot of secrets.

He'd have been better off had he never ran for Pres & put himself on the line for such scrutiny. A low profile is sometimes wise.

"....If Donald Trump is elected president, will he and his family permanently sever all connections to the Trump Organization, a sprawling business empire that has spread a secretive financial web across the world? "A close examination by Newsweek of the Trump Organization, including confidential interviews with business executives and some of its partners, reveals an enterprise with deep ties to global financiers, foreign politicians and even criminals, although there is no evidence the Trump organization has engaged in any illegal activities."

This and my previous posting were typed from what Rachel showed on the tv screen.

Trump Taj Mahal Settles Over Anti-Money-Laundering Violations
Casino To Give $10 Million Unsecured Claim To Treasury Department

By Peg Brickley
Updated Feb. 11, 2015 3:13 p.m. ET

Atlantic City, N.J.’s embattled Trump Taj Mahal casino has agreed to a settlement of federal findings that it violated anti-money-laundering requirements.

The Treasury Department’s financial crimes enforcement regulators in December told Trump Taj Mahal Associates LLC it had violated the Bank Secrecy Act’s “program, reporting and record-keeping requirements,” according to papers filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del.

Trump Entertainment Resorts, the casino unit’s parent company, noted in a statement that the civil consent order was reported in the Chapter 11 plan voting materials that have been approved for creditor balloting. The company detailed the settlement Tuesday in a motion seeking approval from a bankruptcy judge. Trump Taj Mahal has agreed to consent to the assessment of a $10 million civil penalty, and admits violations of the anti-money-laundering program requirements.

Many of the violations cited by regulators for the years 2010 through 2012 were previously pointed out to Trump Taj Mahal, according to findings that were filed with the proposed settlement agreement.

-- such as it is, ladies and gentlemen -- has convened a late-night meeting to discuss the ramifications of the Newsweek story.

I wonder:

Who is leading the meeting;
Whether Trump is present or en route to Flint;
If Trump -- if he is en route to Flint -- knows the meeting has been called; and
Whether any or all the Trump team had any inkling of the information in tomorrow's story before Rachel presented it tonight.

Inquiring minds want to know.

turning diving ducking and more twisting on this one, I have a feeling.

I'll wait until the official story is released, but I like the early vibe that Trump's lofty "Art of the Deal" persona may be besmirched by his dirty investments abroad. We'll see what rolls down the hillside, but I do like the idea of his entire campaign crew playing defense for the next couple weeks.

It might spice up a couple of the upcoming debate questions as well.

45. Agree, eleny. Colin Powell's remark on Trump --

I didn't expect it. But by god I'll take it. There's kind of a cumulative effect sometimes when enough people say in public, "Hey, this guy's off his damn rocker, he can't be trusted with actual power."

Which definitely seems to be the case with Trump. What are your thoughts on Pence, since he's enjoined to the Trump cause? Because Pence really gives me a bad case of the creeps.

It pisses me off that Trump is open about how he wants to do the ceremonial part of the presidency and let Pence make the decisions. What the hell! If this is indeed T's plan then Pence should be under a microscope. But he's being treated with kid gloves. I hope Lawrence O'D and Joy Reed put a laser light on his record and make a general stink about him.

As for taking CP's emails for a cumulative effect. You betcha. And add to that the announcement by the NY State's attorney general. This is a pile it on day. The T campaign answered that news by going after the AG calling him a hack. If he's a hack he's a hack with a big hammer. What a day, what a day.

President Obama looked awfully happy today, didn't he? Totally at ease and relaxed. And hey -- how 'bout them approval ratings?!

Trump has his work cut out for him, and his job is made harder because he's such an unstable fraud of a candidate. He's got all this money and all these shady deals going and there he is in some town in Iowa pretending to champion everyday working folk. 65. That's all farce as well - check the bombshell

http://www.newsweek.com/2016/09/23/donald-trump-foreign-business-deals-national-security-498081.html
<snip>

The Trump Organization is not like the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation, the charitable enterprise that has been the subject of intense scrutiny about possible conflicts for the Democratic presidential nominee. There are allegations that Hillary Clinton bestowed benefits on contributors to the foundation in some sort of “pay to play” scandal when she was secretary of state, but that makes no sense because there was no “pay.” Money contributed to the foundation was publicly disclosed and went to charitable efforts, such as fighting neglected tropical diseases that infect as many as a billion people. The financials audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the global independent accounting company, and the foundation’s tax filings show that about 90 percent of the money it raised went to its charitable programs. (Trump surrogates have falsely claimed that it was only 10 percent and that the rest was used as a Clinton “slush fund.”) No member of the Clinton family received any cash from the foundation, nor did it finance any political campaigns. In fact, like the Clintons, almost the entire board of directors works for free.

On the other hand, the Trump family rakes in untold millions of dollars from the Trump Organization every year. Much of that comes from deals with international financiers and developers, many of whom have been tied to controversial and even illegal activities. None of Trump’s overseas contractual business relationships examined by Newsweek were revealed in his campaign’s financial filings with the Federal Election Commission, nor was the amount paid to him by his foreign partners. (The Trump campaign did not respond to a request for the names of all foreign entities in partnership or contractually tied to the Trump Organization.) Trump’s financial filings also indicate he is a shareholder or beneficiary of several overseas entities, including Excel Venture LLC in the French West Indies and Caribusiness Investments SRL, based in the Dominican Republic, one of the world’s tax havens.

Trump’s business conflicts with America’s national security interests cannot be resolved so long as he or any member of his family maintains a financial interest in the Trump Organization during a Trump administration, or even if they leave open the possibility of returning to the company later. The Trump Organization cannot be placed into a blind trust, an arrangement used by many politicians to prevent them from knowing their financial interests; the Trump family is already aware of who their overseas partners are and could easily learn about any new ones.

Many foreign governments retain close ties to and even control of companies in their country, including several that already are partnered with the Trump Organization. Any government wanting to seek future influence with President Trump could do so by arranging for a partnership with the Trump Organization, feeding money directly to the family or simply stashing it away inside the company for their use once Trump is out of the White House. This is why, without a permanent departure of the entire Trump family from their company, the prospect of legal bribery by overseas powers seeking to influence American foreign policy, either through existing or future partnerships, will remain a reality throughout a Trump presidency.
