Hillary provides a policy detail ... shot of Water (this will help you stay hydrated).

Trump provides a policy detail ... shot of Grain Alcohol (won't happen anyway).

Trump loses his cool and insults Hillary or the Moderators, or says something racist ... shot of Champagne.

Start with an equal amount of all of these, and when the debate is over, you'll have definitive data regarding which event happened most frequently.
