Why Food Stamps will not be cut, banks, big ag, Wal Mart profit to much from it.

When LBJ first introduced food stamps legislation, Bob Dole came out dead set against it, called socialism, etc. 24 hours later he was saying it was the best program ever. What happened? Kansas is a big ag state, big ag called and told him it meant more money for big ag.

Right now, banks profit from the debit card used, Wal Mart profits from people buying more food, big ag profits from selling more food.
All these interest won't let these cash cow be eliminated.

Now, I'm not so sure. A large part of what makes things so scary right now is that even the 1% have embraced a mythology that has them gleefully acting against their own best interests.

It's way more important that people eat. Who cares if big ag makes more money? It would create more jobs too. Who cares if they are big ag?
