My favourite for today would be the primordial soothsayer. It was a pleasant departure from the emphasis on hands. After all, it is the mind that instructs certain hands to tweet after midnight for the sake of a morning news story. "remarkably stupid" and uninformed

I think Heller nailed it. He was in it for publicity, and the people started backing him. The crazier he gets, the more support he gets. He is desperately trying to derail.
