That looks like their 'polls-only forecast', since that has that value now, and the others aren't near it. But on Aug 14, he was down at 10.8% (you can see the history just below the map).

good news. a month from tomorrow this excruciating time will be over, but i'm feeling better about Hillary's chances lately. Trump seems never to disappoint when it comes to finding a scandal or putting his foot in his mouth or whatever. i was convinced very, very early on that he would be a terrible president and it shocks me that so many Americans don't see that, but clearly more and more are reaching their limit on how much bullshit is allowed to come from a campaign and still maintain their support.
