Tonight was Hillary winning the war.

Trump needed to come out, apologize with sincerity and essentially beg for forgiveness. His refusal to do this, and continued claim of it being locker room chatter, only continued to hurt him. Everything else in the debate was irrelevant. Those first few minutes ended any chance of him potentially bringing back members of the GOP. He needed to give the party reason to still support him, and not continue abandoning him, and he didn't. His answer was weak. It was divisive. It was a non-apology and complete deflection by bringing up Bill Clinton.

Had he given a sincere apology, even if it was total bullshit, he might've been able to salvage this debate and give Republicans who haven't jumped ship reason to stay.

I don't think he did.

Monday is going to be brutal for his campaign...especially if there's more tapes.

But he didn't get much of a chance to use them as the political props they were meant to be except for a little at the beginning, and soon his other issues overshadowed the stunt.

What crazy thing is he going to do in the third debate? My prediction is dig up the bodies of the Benghazi victims and use their skulls as hand puppets in a weird skit attacking Hillary.
