It was previously filed and then withdrawn without serving it on Trump.
They added a new witness and then filed it again. But I haven't seen anything saying that it's been served yet. That's what I want to see.
I think it's interesting that the NJ attorney has added the Florida attorney to the case -- Cheney Mason, who was the Casey Anthony defense attorney. That makes sense because if the case does go forward it would be a very high profile case.
