“The reason I’m speaking about this — and it is with her blessing, by the way — is that she is being accused by a man running for the presidency of the United States of being a complete liar, of fabricating a story about something that for her was quite horrible,” he said.

Stoynoff did not respond to the Star’s requests for comment.

“Now (Trump’s) got to say that I’m a liar, too, and I’m not. I’m telling the truth,” said McLaughlin, who recalled Stoynoff being deeply disturbed by her encounter with Trump.

“It really shook her and she didn’t know what to do, and among the people that she would turn to, I was one that she would call and ask for advice and that’s what she did,” said McLaughlin, a former journalism professor at Ryerson University who now teaches at the University of Toronto.

“What saddens me more is that someone of Donald Trump’s prominence is waging war against a young, talented, writer and saying things he knows are 100-per-cent wrong,” he said. “He knows he is not telling what happened accurately and I just … it seems to be a pattern with him.”

they all thought they could use him to knock off their opponents and then, when he flamed out as the joke they knew him to be, they could pick up his supporters--but not if they angered those supporters by attacking their idol.

ON EDIT: Just like us now, they didn't want to knock him out too soon. But they underestimated his support among the deplorables and therefore waited too long.

It wouldn't shock me if he's raped.

But bigger still, I'm very suspicious of his finances. I suspect this run was to elevate his "brand" and to get Clinton speaking fees (even if he lost) because his empire is a Bernie Madoff financial house of cards teetering before collapse.

He's had six bankruptcies corporately. He's had a gigantic loss in 1995 of nearly $1 billion. His casinos are gone or he's gone from them. His golf courses are losing money. His Apprentice TV cash is gone.

If he was as stinking rich as he claimed, he'd love to show everybody his tax returns to prove how rich he is. He'd love to get his ego stroked in the media that way. But he can't because his tax returns would reveal something else: that he isn't the big successful businessmen the GOP lamebrains think he is.

I strongly suspect he's a complete fraud - not just a sexual predator.

I honestly believe he read somewhere about the net worth of the Kardashian/West clan and did this whole "presidential" thing as hype.
