It's common sense - Women are way more concerned about our personal security

rape culture and sexual assault than anything called ISIS.

Go fuck yourself Groper Don the Con and all the ReTHUG enablers.

There was a good discussion on CNN

We speak for ourselves. No one, not a layperson nor a politician, should be claiming the mantle of spokesperson for women.

Some women were hurt by Donald Trump's comments; some could care less what he said.

Some women want choice; some are anti-choice.

Some women see a problematic $.23 wage gap; some think it's a misleading statistic used for political purposes.

It's insulting for anyone to group all women together and "speak" for them.

Although I'm sure many millions of women related to her comments about being hurt by Trump's comments, at least 36% of women (as of last year) identified Republican, meaning they probably aren't big Michelle Obama fans and really don't care what she has to say.

It's critical for the Democratic Party to remember that barely 50% of women identify as Democrat. Well that is certainly better than what the Republicans have, it means nearly half the women out there don't feel we speak for them.

I feel like that's getting lost in the "war on women" rhetoric which seems to take for granted that women are always going to support us.

And don't forget that the anti-choice movement is largely led by women. There sometimes seems to be this assumption that that effort is solely coming from old white men.

She can't speak for people who don't want her to be speaking for them.

If Sarah Palin were, God forbid, VP the last 8 years, would we have allowed her to presume she speaks for the 52% of women who identify as Democrats?

That's my whole point. No one has that title or right.
