Blue Falcon is phonetic for the letters B.F., which otherwise mean "Buddy Fucker" -- worse than a barracks thief, a soldier who will betray and cheat his comrades in various ways. Usually not found in war zones because, frankly, such soldiers tend to be shot at very close range if you get my drift.
