Buy yours now... In light of the speculation that the republican nominee for president may be looking to start a news channel, I encourage all of you to start your own is his Majesty's name sake by buying your desired domain name. It's easy to determine what domain's are still left (Not many), but use your imagination! Personally, I use Moniker, but there are many other domain registrars.

Of course, the best are already taken, but I'm sure there are more we have not thought of. Here are the domains I have secured so far:

Cybersquatting is "registering, trafficking in, or using an Internet domain name with bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else." The buyer of the domain then offers to sell it at an inflated price. But if you buy the domain name without the intent to profit from it, but only to keep somebody from using it, is it still cybersquatting?

7. What will typically happen

Particularly if the suggestion in the OP is followed, is that people will register domains, and allow the registrar default settings to direct the domain name to a page populated by pay-per-click ads. For names containing distinctive marks, the ads will quickly converge to infringing subject matter by the way those algorithms work.

10. Could be. Given that Trump is inclined to sue people for breathing,

it's probably better to keep clear of this whole thing. It could indeed be bait - it's hard to tell these days.
