If he was asked a question that went on for more than one sentence, his eyes would glaze over. Easy to see he gave up even trying to take it in so that he could answer it in detail. Then he spewed his rubbish on inner cities, emails, crooked, yadda yadda. Not even the attention span to listen to, and understand a question from the moderators.

I know, nothing to do with your OP, but seemed a good place for this observation.

He just makes shit up as he goes along, on the spot, existing purely in the moment. If he weren't so fucked up otherwise, it might actually be a pretty zen state. But as it is, he's like an angry baby who hasn't figured out object permanence.
