Tulsa Man Accused Of Knowingly Spreading HIV Pleads No Contest
TULSA, Oklahoma - A man accused of raping a girl and knowingly exposing her to HIV waived his jury trial Monday and pleaded no contest instead.
Police say the 16-year-old girl had a consensual relationship with Calvin Hill, but that he sexually assaulted her after a confrontation at a Tulsa apartment complex.
He's being held without bond.
A judge will sentence Hill Friday.
