I and many of the kids in my class ate twice what we were supposed to, I'm sure

and we were all healthy weight. I think people like my close friend are the ones that need the strict nutritional help, because he just ballooned up all year long, year after year. I think as long sodium, saturated fat and sugar levels are reduced, kids should be able to eat a 'good-sized' portion as you said. Our mom always said that once we hit 10 or so, we ate her out of house and home... lol
