and the rest are undoubtedly very misleading from the actual proposed policy and won't do what they say or will cause worse problems.

It's like reading an NRA poll. The questions are filled with innuendo with no counterpoint. They're simply working to get everyone on their side without telling them how it will be done. Then they can point to this and say the country demanded that it happen... their way, of course.
