I wonder if purple states would join the blue states. I think we should try. It's worth a look to see how close we'd get and maybe get the states needed in 2018. I think it'd work.

Why can't electoral votes just be reapportioned to reflect fairness with a constant standard across the country.
One million people equals on electoral vote.
Whatever formula you want to use is fine, but it should be consistent everywhere.

as set by census every 10 yrs.

There are 435 congressional districts in the United States House of Representatives,[1] with each one representing approximately 711,000 people.[2]

Each district get 1 EC seat.

My understanding is the Census is based on population which would include both citizen and Non.
