If Trump Was Smart He Can Win The Hearts And Minds Of Millennials & Seniors If He.....

works on absolving the debt of college loans and maintains and strengthens Medicare and Social Security.

The money once owed for these college loans will now be funneled into the economy as without this debt hanging over them - they can now - get married, start a family, buy a house, furnish the house, etc. Essentially putting the money into the economy.

Maintaining and strengthening Medicare and SS will cement the hearts and minds of the baby boomers and take away a lot of stress and anxiety in their old age. They can relax and enjoy retirement and spend some of their retirement monies on travel and entertainment, their grandchildren, etc. Again, their money would be pumped into the economy.

Monies like this will churn the economy and create demand for product - hence jobs.

Now if he only does 'infrastructure' the right way - he will create more jobs and further boost the economy.

But I fear that the establishment Repugs (McConnell & Ryan) will hijack Trump's presidency and ram through the old Repug agenda that they've been touting for years. Any repercussions that they may encounter - they will blame on Trump as he will be their fall guy.

We are on the precipice here - and the deciding factor will be if Trump really decides to be a president for all Americans.

I hope Trump is smarter than that and can control those establishment Repugs. The future is in his hands.

I'm willing to give him a chance to do the right thing. I'll be his biggest critic if he succumbs to the whims of the establishment Repugs. the Koch Bros and the 1%'ers.

Also it delays the time the bills come due. He also learns enough American secrets to blackmail America in perpetuity and will not be sent to prison as the traitor who merged with the Russian mob. Nixon was a petty thief in comparison to a real crook.

either by impeachment or serving out his term, what would stop him from leveraging his inside knowledge of our deepest secrets for his own (and his progeny's) financial advantage?

Whatever gave u the idea he even gives a shit about millenials or seniors or "our" shared economy. When has he once shown compassion? Empathy? Charity? Loyalty to country? Honor? Intelligence? Attention span to any great literary works of over 140 characters?

Has he filled his cabinet with anything but crocodiles?

So what prompted this hopeful fiction?

as many have said in this thread - Trump thinks of himself first. If he realizes he can go down in history as a great president (great - one of his favorite words) and if running a populist administration going contrary to the establishment Repugs - he can realize being a great president.

The potential is there folks. Hell at many times during his life he's been on both sides of the fence.

Maybe his ego can kick him over to the populist side and he truly can be a president for all Americans.

Again - I know I'm being delusional here - but stranger things have happened lately.

no matter what anyone else thinks. He considers himself a great businessman even though he would have made more money putting his inheritance in index funds. He would be worth TRIPLE what he's worth now and could have spent his time golfing and banging Eastern European models.

They barely vote and its hand outs, and i bet he would love to privatize everything to make all his friends and business people happy. (I sincerely hope no one thinks I agree with that)

When everyone from center states sees he was lying about lowering their taxes and jobs he won't get reelected unless we put up a real dud.

I heard a lot voted for him because of less tax, but i read article today that said while he is lowering the overall rate, he is dumping head of household and personal exemption so those making 80k will pay more not less.
