Trump. Every post I've made in the last two weeks has been removed. I have not been personally insulting to any other member and I have only posted things that I believe can objectively be proven to be true (or possibly false, I'm not arguing that I'm omniscient) or at least should be topic for lively debate. In fact, some members have responded in ways that could have fostered that debate if I had not been blocked from responding to that thread.
I assume I will continue to be blocked for advocating change in the party that has brought us to this point until I eventually just give up and go away. I've been a solid DFLer since I first voted for Carter in 1980 and spent thousands of hours in service to its nominees and issues. Am I really the sort of person you want to drive away?

(16,974 posts)Moving towards the center is a losing proposition, as is siding with corporations and Wall Street.
But also, the party seems to have no interest in anything other than the Presidency. What about taking back states?

(82,383 posts)Congress. So it is not fundamental change needed. It is learning that the white rural people need to be talked to differently. Not reasoned with. Figure out their emotions and tell them our way will make them feel better. Authoritative not with reasons and explanations.

(384 posts)But honestly the margin in the popular vote total was about half of the total in California. So in the rest of the country other than California, I believe change is needed.

(31,327 posts)For example, I am preparing to alert on this post because it includes discussion about forum moderation, which is prohibited. While you may see that as stifling your political voice, it is actually just enforcing the rules we all go by at DU.
