for the gazillionaire class; at the expense of everyone else.
Liberals always complain about how supply side economics doesn't work...well it works pretty well for further enriching the already richest people, which is basically the objective, so actually it's very effective...otherwise why would the Republicans keep trying to inflict it upon us?
