Find a way to channel the energy and fire of that anger and hated into something positive and beneficial to others. You'll feel much better.

Whatever the causes and conditions that have brought Trump to the presidency, we just have to deal with it now. Life doesn't care whether we like it or not. Life is difficult. The Buddhist perspective is that all of us live here in Samsara, the realm of suffering. So sorry to bring you the news about suffering, but we're just damned stuck with it. Nobody likes it.
