Now that's what you call real identity politics. Those in that party identify with each other because that's who's in that party — other white right wingers with a very, very occasional POC opportunist trying to make the statement: "Look at me, I'm different than the rest of those in the Dem party. I'll play the game. I'm willing to attempt to dispel the image that we're a racist party if you will help me. Can we talk?"

Are you listening whoever coined that phrase, and for all those who are jumping onto the "stop playing identity politics" meme? It's been done, and done for decades in the other party.

We are not that party. We are a multi-ethnic party. That's who our constituency is, and that includes progressive whites. There are more of us and growing everyday. We outvoted them but they managed to do every trick in the book to steal the election and pull off the silent coup they did right under our noses. With a complicit media, Putin, a staunch rival and foreign dictator for God's sake, and Assange, the fugitive doc leaker with a grudge against Hillary, and of course the underhanded FBI chief pulling strings to get a certain ethnic identity to vote for one of their own — Trump — and get you know who out of the White House.

Like I said, actual, in-play identity politics, not finger-pointing, accusatory, we-have-to-not-focus-so-much-on-minority-demographics-but-on-Trump-voting-white-males identity politics.

Trust me, it's been long-deployed and has been going on for forever in the repug party.

If we somehow do get some of them in, do you think they'll check their racism, misogyny and self-segregation at the door?

I think not, and who needs that?
