Forget Ford, Forget Carrier; What About Trump's Businesses

Media people need to stop asking Donald Trump and his people about companies like Ford and Carrier bringing jobs back to America and whether or not those companies should, or will be taxed at 35%. They need to start asking Trump what will happen to his and his daughter's companies. Will his own companies be taxed at 35%? Will he and his daughter bring their own jobs back from foreign countries?

I watched ABC's This Week and at the end of a series of questions about companies moving jobs to foreign countries the host asked about Trump's own companies moving jobs overseas. This needs to hapen more and earlier in interviews.

Even though I thought the host did a good asking about Trump's businesses I think he failed with one of the next questions. The host asked Mike Pence about the Republican Party's plan repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. At some point Pence said the ACA was a jobs killer. The host did not push back by pointing out that about 15 million jobs have been created since ACA was instated. The host also did not point out that unemployment is now at 4.6%. He also failed to mention the stock market has risen from around 7,000 to 19,000 during President Obama's time in office.
