Snowden says Petraeus disclosed far more highly classified secrets than I ever did

In an exclusive interview with Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric, Edward Snowden says that former CIA Director Gen. David Petraeus — who is under consideration to become President-elect Donald Trump’s secretary of state — disclosed “information that was far more highly classified than I ever did” and yet never “spent a single day in jail.”

The fugitive former National Security Agency contractor told Couric that Petraeus’s case is evidence that “We have a two-tiered system of justice in the United States, where people who are either well-connected to government or they have access to an incredible amount of resources get very light punishments.”

Snowden’s comments came in an exclusive interview with Couric in Moscow at a crucial moment for him. His lawyers in the United States, fearing that a Trump administration will take an unyielding hard line against him, are seeking either to get him a last-minute pardon from President Obama or to negotiate a plea bargain that would allow him to return to the country without spending a significant amount of time in federal prison for disclosing tens of thousands of classified government documents.

You disclosed state secrets to the press.

Petraeus let his mistress look at some files for a book about him?

That's 'pillow talk' in Trumplandia!

Patreaus took responsibility for what he did.

While I think it is a mockery that he is considered for sec of state. You are in now way comparable.. Come back and face the charges and maybe we can talk till then your false equivalent is BS.

Make his way to China and Russia with the files. He also has had his day in court so if Snowden wants to compare himself to Petraeus then he needs to turn himself in and face the music.
