Can someone explain this? If the numbers are off in the vote count in precincts

in Michigan which negates a recount, and where machines broke down, or seals broken, or bags opened and also negate a recount, how can the count be certified and called for one candidate or the other?
I don't get it.

1. Because a lot of that stuff is false or misinterpreted. Take the "seals" as an example.

Green Bay Hackers
Rumors holding Wisconsin "recount observers" discovered tampered state voting machines conflated warranty labels with security seals.

Again, I will be glad to eat crow and the flock's excrement if I'm wrong and Clinton becomes Prez.

internal workings of the machine. It should be found out who, where, when and why if any seals are broken on any part of an election. There should be documentation to answer those questions.
The seals are there for a reason and should remain intact. If not, find out why, not just treat them as oh, well....

The powers that be in Michigan decided to create a law that prevents people from getting a recount if their election fraud was ever uncovered -- as it is likely to occur very soon. This is a cover your ass law. They chose the candidate they wanted and made it so they can't be overturned if their fraud was discovered.

It is disgusting.

Tampering and fraud can occur anytime, including recounts.

The vote is certified as counted the first time, because that is now the only legal count.

"How could Corrupt Trump have possibly won?" I'm afraid you will not be satisfied with any answer ever.

I figured out how it happened.

I know it hurts bad.

Don't ever tell me by inference to "move on". I will decide for myself when and if I move on. I dont' intend to. Not now, not ever. You can move on if you want, but do NOT include me in the group.

This election stinks to high heaven and it needs to be counted from square one.

They are so tedious in their answers to questions like yours.

So I imagine the idea of the law is to prevent votes from being thrown away or added after Election Day.

The effect of the law is to create a method by which individuals so inclined can preclude the possibility of a solid recount.
