Gore was used just like Romney.

Summoned to kiss the ring. Both were punked. If Gore thinks he's dealing with a rational individual maybe we need a new environmental voice who can represent the movement.

He also understands that the situation is dire and that any chance to alter the short-term future on the issue should be investigated, even if the chance is highly unlikely.

I guess we're getting to the point in which knee-jerk reaction-ism will presume any progressive who entertains dialog with the new administration are merely heretical by the orthodox and the absolute.
