McCain proving once again he's mostly just a party hack. Lindsey, surprisingly, seems to be interested in the real truth. I know I'm shocked.

has surprised me numerous times this past year. He seems to be one of the few remaining republicans who actually has some integrity and a mind of his own.

truly shocked. and whether it's an act to appear as if they care about something besides republican politics, i'll withhold judgement on that. as i recall McCain came out strong against torture then totally caved. which i do believe probably caused him a fair amount of personal grief, but at the end of the day, if you're a republican, the ends always justify the means.

because there is a lot of ass kissing going on right now in DC and NY. I would respect any of them if they would hold true to their values and what they really believe in - and not cave to the orange baboon who is going to run this country ( no disrespect to baboon's ).

except the power and the greed and being republican. it encompasses and overpowers any egalitarian or empathetic sense they may have ever had.

It truly no longer applies.

No fan of Reagan but he would be appalled, he'd roll up his coattails ~

... The Republican Congressional version of Thelma & Louise; sitting side-by-side, hair blowing freely in the breeze and enjoying the lovely view over the cliff. Their party is totally unconcerned with the impending chaos wrought by their intransigence.

Because, why should they? Heck, they’ve got theirs.
